    The system monitors movement in the senior’s home while avoiding the use of cameras and microphones – registering significant changes in the resident's behavior.
     

  • Reporting and notifications

    Municipal authorities receive alerts in the event of prolonged inactivity or when the senior leaves their home.

  • Neighbors can help

    If necessary, neighbors can also be involved in the system to provide the elderly resident with first aid.

  • Individual settings

    MONSE allows you to customize the settings according to the individual needs of the senior, making sure that the system only issues alerts in relevant situations and will not create excessive strain on the neighbors or the local authorities.

    Yes, the solution requires an access to the Internet to send notifications and updates. 

  • How can I customize my settings for individual seniors?

    MONSE allows easy setting of threshold values for each individual (e.g. setting a time limit for detection of movement or absence of the person), which can be adjusted depending on the needs and health status of each individual senior.

  • Who will be informed in case of an emergency?

    In the event of a critical situation, the system will automatically inform individuals selected in advance – this may include the relatives, neighbors, or social workers.
     

  • For whom is MONSE intended?

    MONSE is designed for seniors who are dependent on the assistance provided by the municipality as well as for their families who wish to be informed about whether their senior relative living independently is doing fine.

  • How do you ensure the protection of personal data?

    All data is encrypted, stored in secure databases, and only accessed by authorized personnel.
